Can I place a bulk order? 

Yes! Bulk orders are for items with the quantities of 30 or more of the same item

How are shipments with preorder items processed?

If your order contains a pre-order item(s) your total order will not ship until all items are in stock. If there are certain circumstances where you need part of your order please email us on the contact us page with your oder number and  your request.

Custom Orders

For custom orders, please send your detailed request(s) through the contact us page.

Keep in mind Custom orders will only be shipped to one address.

Can I make changes to my order? 

If there are any changes to your order that need to be made please contact Love Legacy Custom Gifts through the contact us page or by phone at 917-669-2250. When sending your email or calling us please have your name, order number and request ready, all emails must be received within 30 minutes of placing your order. We will do our best to make changes but there are no guarantees.

What do I do if I never received my order? 

If you have not received your order within the time frame provided, please contact us immediately Customer service will be able to research your order and provide details.
